These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DesignHut website (referred to as the “Website”) and the services provided by DesignHut (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DesignHut.tech is operated and managed by Digimint.tech. Any references to the Service Provider also include its parent brand.

We strongly recommend that you read these Terms carefully before using our Website or services.

🎨 Services & Delivery

We provide custom digital design services which are delivered as soft copies only (e.g., .png, .pdf, .jpeg, .cdr, .ai, etc.). All projects include basic deliverables such as:

  • Selected file formats (based on product listing)

  • Font names

  • Color codes used

  • Three correction rounds (unless otherwise specified)

Final file format(s) are decided at the sole discretion of DesignHut, based on feasibility and industry standards.

📝 Order Process

Once an order is placed, the client is required to fill out a checklist or provide the necessary brief. The project delivery timeline starts only after we receive the complete checklist/data required to begin work.

📌 Use of Templates

To ensure faster delivery and design consistency, some designs may be based on pre-approved or licensed templates. However:

  • Every design is fully customized to suit the client’s brief.

  • We never resell unaltered templates from any platform (e.g., Canva or others).

  • No design is ever reused as-is for multiple clients.

💰 Pricing & Modification

We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time. All pricing changes will be communicated clearly on the Website.

We may also update, enhance, or discontinue any feature or category of our services without prior notice.

🔐 Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, branding, and other visual material on the Website, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. You are prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, modifying, or selling our content without permission.

  • Using any delivered design in a way that violates these terms.

All intellectual property rights remain with DesignHut until full payment is made and the project is marked complete.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and the checklist is submitted, cancellation is not permitted. Orders can only be revised or corrected within the allowed correction rounds.

💸 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, refunds are only processed if:

  • We fail to deliver the order even after 3x the promised delivery time, based on when the complete checklist/brief was received.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

📶 Internet, Device & Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device for accessing our services. We are not responsible for:

  • Internet or power failures

  • Device malfunctions

  • Software compatibility issues on your end

🔗 Third-Party Tools

We use tools such as:

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Ads

  • Mailchimp (for newsletters and updates)

These services may have their own Terms and Privacy Policies. We are not liable for any third-party content or service you may access through links on our Website.
