This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and delivery timelines for services purchased from our platform.


Definitions

  • Company (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to DesignHut.

  • Services/Designs/Products refer to our custom digital design services delivered via soft copy.

  • Orders mean a confirmed request made by you to purchase our services.

  • Website refers to https://designhut.tech.

  • You refers to the customer placing the order.


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed on our platform, cancellation is not permitted. As our services are customized and built-to-order, work often begins shortly after confirmation.

Please review your order details carefully before proceeding.


💰 Refund Policy

As we provide personalized design services, we typically do not offer refunds. However, a refund may be considered only in the following situation:

  • If the ordered design is not delivered even after three times (3x) the stated delivery timeframe from the point we receive your completed client checklist (e.g., if the promised delivery was 8 hours and the checklist was submitted at 10 AM, you may request a refund if there’s no delivery by 10 AM the next day).

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • The client fails to submit the checklist, delaying the start of the work.

  • The delivery is made within the promised time after checklist submission.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste after the design is completed as per the brief.

  • Design variations have already been sent or approved.

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. No additional processing fees will be charged.


🧾 File Delivery Policy

Each order will be delivered in one or more of the following formats as per the design type and requirement:

PNG / JPEG / PDF / CDR / AI
(A4 or other standard size as mentioned on the product page)

The final format(s) delivered will be at the discretion of DesignHut based on what is best suited for the design type ordered.

Along with your final design file(s), we will also provide:

  • Color codes used

  • Fonts used in the design

  • Any other essential details required for future updates or re-use


📋 Order Process & Timeline Policy

Once you place an order, we will send you a design checklist via email or WhatsApp. You are required to complete and submit this checklist with all necessary inputs (like names, text, color preferences, logo uploads, etc.).

Please note:

  • The delivery time countdown starts only after we receive your completed checklist.

  • If there is a delay in submitting the checklist, the start of your project and delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly.


📝 Design & Template Policy

To maintain speed, quality, and consistency, some of our designs may be built using professional-grade templates or layout foundations. However, every design is uniquely customized for your brand, purpose, and input.

DesignHut guarantees that:

  • We never deliver raw or unchanged templates from any platform (including Canva, etc.).

  • All delivered files are tailored and personalized based on your specific brief.

  • No design is ever resold as-is to another client.
